In May, we invite you to view our newest exhibition, POW! WOW! The First Decade: From Hawaiʻi to the World, presented by Hawaiian Airlines, during its extended hours event. In addition to the amazing look at contemporary art through POW! WOW!, the event features a Secret Walls artists battle, a breakdancing showcase by The Lucky Kids, and DJ music by the Boom Bap Kids. The Richard T. Mamiya Science Adventure Center will be open to learn and explore volcanology, oceanology, and biodiversity. You can also check out Parley for the Ocean Hawaiʻi’s very first AIR Station, a collaborative community hub dedicated to inspiring and empowering a new generation of ocean ambassadors. Tails Up Hawaiʻi will be on site selling fresh poke bowls and other ʻono food.
